Видалення облікового запису

Ви можете видалити обліковий запис і пов’язані з ним дані двома способами:
безпосередньо в додатку або надіславши запит електронною поштою.
1. Видалення в додатку (найшвидший спосіб)
- Відкрийте Archetype Balance і увійдіть через Google.
- Перейдіть у Профіль.
- Натисніть Видалити акаунт і підтвердіть дію.
Після підтвердження акаунт і пов’язані дані видаляються одразу.
2. Запит на видалення електронною поштою
Якщо ви не маєте доступу до додатка, надішліть запит на адресу
dracora2026@gmail.com.
У листі вкажіть:
- тему: Account deletion request — Archetype Balance;
- email Google-акаунта, яким ви входили в додаток;
- коротко: «Прошу видалити мій обліковий запис і пов’язані дані».
Ми опрацюємо запит протягом 30 днів після підтвердження,
що лист надійшов від власника акаунта.
Які дані видаляються
- профіль (ім’я, email, фото Google, ідентифікатори акаунта);
- результати тестів, звички, записи щоденника та прогрес;
- статус Premium, прив’язаний до акаунта в нашій системі.
Що може залишитися
- записи про покупки в Google Play / App Store (керуються магазином);
- анонімізовані технічні логи протягом короткого періоду для безпеки та стабільності сервісу.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data in two ways:
directly in the app, or by emailing a deletion request.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Archetype Balance and sign in with Google.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
After confirmation, your account and associated data are deleted immediately.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email
dracora2026@gmail.com.
Include in your message:
- subject: Account deletion request — Archetype Balance;
- the Google account email you used to sign in;
- a short request: “Please delete my account and associated data.”
We process email requests within 30 days after verifying
that the request comes from the account owner.
Data we delete
- profile data (name, email, Google photo, account identifiers);
- test results, habits, journal entries, and progress;
- Premium status linked to your account in our system.
What may remain
- purchase records held by Google Play / App Store;
- anonymized technical logs for a short period for security and reliability.
